In Which I Experiment With Indoor Photography

I did a few indoor photo-shoots when I first started blogging, but this is the first time since last spring I've taken photos indoors! For my first attempt in a loooooong time - and my first with a real camera - I'm pretty proud of how these turned out. What do you think of them? Do you have any tips for indoor photography? And do you prefer taking photos inside or outside? Comment below, and have an awesome day. :)

  1. Kit looks so cute! I love the 3rd to last one. I prefer taking photos outside, because of the scenery, but indoor photography is fun too.

  3. I think these turned out very well! Did you use any special tools, or just a nice window?

    1. Thanks! Nah, just a lot of natural lighting. I also edited them to up the exposure and saturation.

  4. I just love Kit. She's so adorable. I don't have her, mostly because my daughter never expressed any interest in her, but I just love her. I couldn't possibly buy a doll just for me, could I? :)
Your photos are great! I do a lot of indoor photos for my blog using backdrops. I think my neighbours might find it a bit odd to see me outside with my dolls, ahem, my daughter's dolls all the time. lol!

  5. they look great! i love both indoor and outdoor equally, but i will go through phases where i prefer one over the other. usually i prefer indoor photography in the winter and outdoor in the remainging three seasons. :3 right now i'm really digging the little cement wall on the one side of my house, but i'm always a sucker for some good ol' shooting on top of my bookshelf.
